  1. I just found your podcast, ladies. I'm delighted to discover a food podcast created here in Utah. For pecan pie at high altitude, check out Susan Purdy's book Pie in the Sky. She spent an enormous amount of time living and testing recipes at various elevations. Pecan pie has its own challenges at altitude. She provides the modifications that you need at every altitude. It's the only book I use when baking cakes at my house (4750 feet above sea level).
